Q: Will I be able to see the design before committing?
A: Absolutely. When 3D modeling is part of the project, you’ll be able to review the proposed layout and make informed decisions before moving forward.


PERMITS & COMPLIANCE

Q: Do you handle permits?
A: Yes. When permits are required, we handle the permitting process as part of the project.

Q: When is a permit required?
A: Permits are typically required for structural changes, plumbing, electrical, or any work that impacts the core structure of the home. We evaluate this during the planning phase and file permits when necessary.


PAYMENT & FINANCING

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept checks, credit cards, wire transfers, and cash.

Q: Do you offer financing?
A: Yes. Financing is available through a third-party provider integrated with QuickBooks, allowing qualified clients to finance their projects.

Q: Are there fees associated with certain payment methods?
A: Credit card payments include a processing fee of 3.9%. Wire transfers processed through the bank include a 2.5% fee.

Q: What do I need before getting started?
A: You don’t need finalized plans to begin. Most projects start with an idea, a conversation, and a walkthrough of the space.
